Very light wind comming from the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge and the tide was incomming all night. Much difficulty getting enough speed to over come the tide effects (a new for RYC?). We had a good number of racers and a number of spectators. "The Kid's Kitchen" was open, and there was water next to the keg. The course was generally "A" Mark to "E" mark
