(1 Race) The wind was pretty much from Tacony-Palmyra Bridge at about 5 kph. The one-design race was to Buoy 12 to Mark 'E' and the cruising class was buoy 12 to buoy 18. The wind failed for a long while, and then returned at the end of the race
