The day of restarts. The wind was from the Tacony side of the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge at a fairly strong 12- 14 KPH with higher Gusts. Both the J-22's and the Cruising Fleet were over early and had a general recall.
(General Note: I will probably stop shooting the Sunday Mariner Races)
