A very cold and windy Wednesday evening racing (should have had a keg of hot Tea). Wind was generally from the Pennsylvania side of the River and the Course was mostly to 'A' mark and 15 Buoy. The wind (15 KPH and gusty) the 45 Degree weather made this a tough evening of sailing. I only got the starting races.
