These pictures are not anything new, just taken with a roll camera rather than digital. The end of the Pier has been flattened since I took these pictures, and the Shelter has been moved to the left (port) side of the pier. The snow is from about Feb 10th, and more is coming tonight (Feb.16th). You will note that the ice has cleared from the river in the snow pictures. According to the latest Bulletin ( Located elsewhere on this site), there seems to be some problems with the "land side of the pier" and they are trying to get some tests run on that portion of the pier. This may effect the work parties and the re-opening of the pier. The davits will be sandblasted  and galvanized. The contract documents are almost complete for work to restore the meeting room and toilet rooms (does anyone want to guess what the original toilet rooms were?)
