(Nothing really new on the Pier that I could see, as the cold and the snow has prevented the pouring of concrete and finishing up the rest of the pier and removing the contractor's equipment for the early work parties). As you can see from the pictures, the ice has cleared from the river and we now have 10" inches of snow with 6" more on Monday.
