Overall Project Plan

This is the overall project plan that has been provided to us to give us an overview of the reconstruction of the pier and how the contractors are doing as there are many things that can interfere with the projections (Weather, sickness, unseen structural flaws, material availability, etc). Of course, the numbers across the top are the days of the month, and the blocks are the period that they allow for a project (They should start installing new decking on Nov. 4 and that should take 4 days till November 8th). The completion date is set for December 21.
